Please download, print and complete the registration form , Consent for Medical Care and Release of Liability form and return both with your CHECK(s) made out to:

Camp Cost - $200/week

 

Rental Equipment Cost - $40 plus $200 fully refundable security deposit.  Please send a separate  check for the $200 security deposit.

 

Payment must accompany your registration form to reserve your spot.

 

Camps will be limited to 45 campers per week and must have at least 15 campers.  If there are not 15 campers in your chosen week 24 hours prior, you will receive a full refund.
